All rates are per person per night inclusive of accommodation in an Estuary facing bedroom, full English or continental breakfast, dinner, VAT and full use of our leisure facilities.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are per person per night based on two people sharing, Single occupancy rates are available
• The company reserves the right to amend or alter rates at its discretion
• Bed and Breakfast rates are available at a £15.00 per adult per night reduction on the above rates. There are, however certain times of the year when they are not offered. We cannot guarantee a table in the restaurant for guests on bed and breakfast terms
• Bookings for the weekend are generally for a minimum of two nights (for a bank holiday three nights), although single nights on weekends are occasionally available.
• There is a £15.00 per person per night supplement for superior and family rooms and a £15.00 per person per night reduction for inland rooms.
• Children sharing a bedroom with two full paying adults are charged at a rate of £40.00 per child per night inclusive of accommodation and breakfast, all other meals are charged as taken. Under 5's are accommodated free of charge.
• Supplements for upgrading rooms on a promotional offer are subject to change
• A £50.00 per person deposit is required to guarentee all bookings
• Cancellation terms are as follows: prior to 48 hours before arrival a £10.00 per person charge applies; if within 48 hours notice and in case of a no-show the deposit will be kept
• VAT is inclusive at current rate
• We cannot guarantee a table in the restaurant for guests on bed and breakfast terms

Moorings

April, May & September - £50.00 per week or £10.00 per day
June, July & August - £100.00 per week or £20.00 per day
October - March - £25.00 per week or £5.00 per day (or complimentary for two night stays)
